Biography

Wu Lihong, Associate Chief Physician, Department of Plastic Surgery, Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. In June 2010, she graduated from the seven-year Clinical Medicine Program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and obtained a Master of Medicine degree. After graduation, she worked in plastic and aesthetic surgery and laser aesthetics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, and has extensive experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery and laser aesthetics. She specializes in laser aesthetics, injectable aesthetics, plastic and aesthetic surgery, aesthetic resection of benign and malignant superficial tumors, minimally invasive suction-curettage for axillary bromhidrosis, etc. She serves as Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association and a member of the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Doctor Association. She is mainly engaged in clinical research on scars and basic research on the mechanisms of scar formation, as well as clinical research on minimally invasive laser surgery and facial rejuvenation. She has undertaken 4 department/bureau-level research projects, published approximately 5 papers in domestic and international journals, won one Second Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Health Science and Technology Award as a major participant, and participated as a contributing editor in the compilation of 1 book.
